As such we are looking to engage several new members (junior, senior and team leaders) for our Medical division. You will report into the Divisional Business Director who will help you to develop your desk and make the most of your business potential.

A proven track record in recruitment (and in particular Medical/Healthcare recruitment) is advantageous. However we will consider all applicants.

On a daily basis you will be dealing with key accounts - making sure that all bases are covered and that the relationship is developed, as well as delivering new accounts of your own – so you need to be driven and business savvy, confident in business development and sales, and will demonstrate determination, customer care and initiative.

You must have superb communication, organisational and prioritisation skills. We are looking for upbeat, professional, enthusiastic individuals who are hungry to succeed. In addition, you must be passionate about your work and about wanting to be a success – we are!
