From the beginning of your relationship with Pelsis you will be assigned a dedicated Account Director, who will be your key point of contact, helping you achieve the very best out of each recruitment project. On acceptance of an assignment your Account Director will go through with you our bespoke Employment Brief, in which they will find out the real details of who you are looking for, what skills they need, want kind of environment they will be entering into and what growth you fore-see them being a part of. This process is rigorous, but it truly allows us to understand your needs, not just the current but also the future, so we can Profile the most suitable candidates possible for submission. Your Account Director can then start utilising the global resources of the Pelsis firm. They will draw upon a team of individuals to help action the project directly and also draw upon the vast knowledge pool of all our Consultants, thanks to the collaborative business model and culture we have been able to engineer here at Pelsis. They will work closely with dedicated Employment Analysts, who will analysis the data from your initial Employment Brief and with the Researchers begin to draw up detailed and extensive lists of possible talent of our already pre-qualified database of candidates and employ our own specialist e-resource analytical techniques. Alongside this our consultants will step in and start qualifying new potential candidates using their own extensive networks of key introducers, to highlight unseen professionals from across the globe. This is supplemented with those of their worldwide colleagues, and systematic research. Our Candidate Profilers then set to work reviewing submitted resumes and analysing the results of the search process, against the data provided by our Employment Analysts, Researchers & Consultants and then, only when the very best individuals or teams have been high-lighted our Senior Consultants approach them to begin a delicate and discreet dialogue. Then your Account Director will present you with a pack, reviewing the potential candidates from the end of process, detailing the individuals or teams who are not only interested in hearing further details (as we keep your organisations details confidential to you grant us leave to disclose) and with your decision on which are the ones you would want to bring to the table, we set about facilitating that meeting. |
